Raymond James invites ambitious sophomore students to join its Investment Banking Sophomore Bootcamp, a virtual development and recruiting program designed to explore careers in investment banking. Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an accredited U.S. university with an anticipated graduation date between December 2028 and June 2029.
• Pursuing a degree in accounting, computer science, data science, economics, engineering, finance, information systems, marketing, management, mathematics, statistics or another business-related field.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.5 on a 4.0 scale preferred.
• Demonstrated interest in investment banking, finance, capital markets and/or working with corporate clients.
• Strong academic achievement, leadership, extracurricular involvement and/or relevant professional experience.
• Eligible applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States and not require visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Learn about the day-to-day responsibilities of an Investment Banking Analyst.
• Gain exposure to Raymond James' industry and product groups.
• Hear directly from bankers about their career paths and experiences at Raymond James.
• Develop a better understanding of investment banking transactions and the role analysts play throughout the deal process.
• Receive guidance from Investment Banking Recruiting on the recruiting process, application expectations and timeline.
• Build relationships with Raymond James professionals and other students interested in investment banking.
• Prepare for the next stage of recruiting for the 2028 Investment Banking Summer Analyst Program.
