Responsibilities

• Develop financial models to evaluate debt and equity financing alternatives.
• Perform valuation analyses, including comparables and discounted cash flow analyses.
• Conduct company, industry and transaction research.
• Support equity offerings, private placements, mergers and acquisitions, and other advisory assignments.
• Create presentations and other materials for current and prospective clients.
