What Your Day Actually Looks Like

Ever had to untangle a confusing PTO policy? Or update an employee handbook that hasn’t been touched since 2019? Yep, we’ve been there. Here’s what you’ll really do day to day:

• Review and refresh policies so they’re current, fair, and make sense to actual humans.
• Keep tabs on labor law updates across states (and countries).
• Guide managers through tricky situations: terminations, accommodations, audits—you name it.
• Establish systems to help us anticipate and address issues before they escalation into problems.
• Support remote team compliance with training, reminders, and easy-to-follow processes.
