As a Full Cycle Insurance Agent, you will guide prospective clients through needs assessment and solution presentation, building lasting relationships.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be 18 or older.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Must have access to a mobile device with cellular data and reliable home internet.
• Proven ability to build rapport and establish trust via phone/video calls.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Initiate contact with prospective clients via phone and video calls to introduce AO Jackpot's insurance products and services.
• Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements and tailor insurance solutions.
• Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and policy details clearly.
• Build rapport and trust with clients in a virtual setting through active listening and empathy.
• Manage your sales pipeline from lead generation to closing, including follow-ups and administrative tasks.
• Navigate and use CRM systems to track client interactions, manage appointments, and forecast sales.
• Overcome objections and address client concerns with confidence and professionalism.
• Finalize sales by securing signed agreements and ensuring smooth onboarding for new clients.
