Apex Sales Athletes is seeking a licensed Insurance Sales Agent to own the full customer journey remotely in the United States. You will prospect, qualify, present solutions, and close deals while managing relationships and the sales pipeline.

This role rewards high performers with significant earning potential tied to performance, including extensive uncapped commissions. You will coordinate with internal teams to ensure post-sale success and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.
• Must have access to a mobile device with cellular data and reliable home internet.
• Must hold a Life and Health Insurance license.
• Proven ability to build rapport and establish trust over phone and video.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, across various digital platforms.
• Strong organizational and pipeline management skills.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales.
• Resilience and a positive attitude in the face of challenges.

Responsibilities

• Conduct proactive outreach to potential clients via phone and video calls.
• Build rapport and establish trust with prospects, demonstrating empathy and active listening.
• Clearly articulate the value proposition of our insurance products.
• Manage a pipeline of leads and opportunities from initial contact to deal closure.
• Effectively navigate and utilize CRM systems to track progress and manage customer interactions.
• Address client questions and concerns with professionalism and expertise.
