Cavender Auto Family, a long-standing automotive group in Texas, is expanding its Finance team with a proven, high-performing Automotive Finance Manager. You will deliver compliant F&I presentations, maximize product performance, and maintain lender relationships across six luxury brands.

Qualifications

• Proven high-performing F&I track record in automotive finance.
• Strong understanding of VSC and prepaid maintenance penetrations.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver professional, compliant, high-performing F&I presentations
• Maximize product performance while protecting deal integrity
• Maintain strong lender relationships and clean funding
• Serve customers across six of our luxury brands: Audi, BMW, Cadillac, Lexus, Mercedes-Benz, and Subaru
• Represent the Cavender Auto Family brand with confidence and professionalism

Bilingual (Spanish / English) candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.

What Success Looks Like

This role is designed for Finance Managers who consistently:

• Maintain strong PRU and volume performance
• Achieve 65%+ VSC and Prepaid Maintenance penetrations
• Deliver exceptionally clean contracts with minimal funding issues
• Take ownership of performance — no excuses, just results

What We’re Looking For

• Strong VSC and Prepaid Maintenance penetration track record
• Experience with CDK, Darwin, Elead, and Excel preferred
• High attention to detail and compliance discipline
• Professional presence and strong communication skills
• Valid Driver’s License with clean MVR
• Ability to pass background, credit and drug screening
