Job summary

Cavender Auto Family in Texas seeks an Elite Automotive Finance Manager (F&I) to lead high-volume, compliant F&I presentations across luxury brands. You will maximize product performance, maintain lender relations, and uphold deal integrity with professionalism.

Successful candidates will bring proven F&I production, a track record in VSC/Prepaid Maintenance, and experience with CDK, Darwin, Elead, and Excel. Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus as you support diverse clients.

Qualifications

• Proven high-volume Automotive Finance Manager experience.
• Strong VSC and Prepaid Maintenance penetration track record.
• Experience with CDK, Darwin, Elead, and Excel preferred.
• High attention to detail and compliance discipline.
• Professional presence and strong communication skills.
• Valid Driver’s License with clean MVR.
• Ability to pass background, credit and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Deliver professional, compliant, high-performing F&I presentations.
• Maximize product performance while protecting deal integrity.
• Maintain strong lender relationships and clean funding.
• Serve customers across six luxury brands: Audi, BMW, Cadillac, Lexus, Mercedes-Benz, and Subaru.
• Represent the Cavender Auto Family brand with confidence and professionalism.
