The Virtual Events Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing webinars and virtual experiences for all four Simpro Group brands, as well as driving engagement and generating qualified sales leads.

Responsibilities include:
  • Developing and executing virtual events strategies aligned with demand generation goals.
  • Managing end-to-end planning and execution of webinars and virtual events.
  • Partnering with marketing to promote events and analyze performance metrics.
  • Collaborating with sales and product marketing teams on event topics and follow-up strategies.
  • Building relationships with industry partners and media outlets.
  • Tracking KPIs and optimizing for lead generation and ROI.
Qualifications:
  • 3–5 years in virtual event management, preferably in B2B SaaS.
  • Experience with virtual platforms, marketing automation tools, and CRMs.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills.
  • Data-driven with strong analytical skills.
