Job summary

BookNook is seeking online math tutors to support students across the USA. You will work as a 1099 independent contractor delivering pre-designed math lessons from a home setup, scheduling sessions within the 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM ET window.

Sessions are 30 minutes, with most hours in the school-year September to May. You control your calendar, with no weekly hour minimum, and opportunities for incentive payments. A college degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Classroom teacher, EL/ESL/ELL, tutoring, coaching, or similar student support experience.
• Ability to deliver pre-designed math lessons online.

Responsibilities

• Deliver pre-designed math lessons with practice extensions.
• Meet students in recurring weekly sessions.
• Maintain at least 80% attendance on claimed sessions.
