Job summary

BookNook is seeking tutors to support students in math from across the United States. You’ll use provided lesson content, teach online, with most sessions 30 minutes, following the school year September to May.

Work is 1099 independent contractor with flexible scheduling; preferred availability includes at least one hour between 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM ET on weekdays; pay is $20 per hour with potential incentives. Location must be within the United States.

Qualifications

• Experience: Classroom teacher, tutoring, or similar student support; online instruction experience with a college degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver pre-designed, best-practice math lessons to provide targeted support for students often seeking to improve skills and topics at or below grade level.
• Tutor students across the USA in consistent, recurring weekly sessions, using provided lesson content.
