ACCEL Schools LLC is seeking a licensed Michigan teacher to join our online K-12 program. You will deliver synchronous and asynchronous instruction, manage coursework in the LMS, and monitor student progress while maintaining strong family communication.

Occasional in-person attendance is required for state testing and events. Applicants should hold a current Michigan teaching license, understand State Standards, and demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Formación

• Current Michigan teaching license in appropriate content area required.
• Strong knowledge of State Standards and Common Core Standards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Outlook.
• Ability to manage confidential information and maintain professional boundaries.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the teacher of record for online K-12 instruction.
• Deliver engaging live lessons via web conference and provide timely feedback.
• Complete course setup in the LMS and monitor student progress daily.
• Communicate regularly with families about academic and social-emotional growth.
• Collaborate with the Principal to prepare Progress Reports and adjust instruction based on data.
• Travel to support face-to-face state testing and student events several times per year.
