Job summary

Pomelo Care is a leading virtual medical practice serving women and children across pregnancy, postpartum, pediatrics, and menopause. We are expanding our network of registered dietitians to deliver expert, compassionate telehealth nutrition care.

You will conduct synchronous video visits, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and guide patients through multi-week programs focused on metabolic health, bone health, and gut health.

Qualifications

• National certification as an RD or RDN with a license to practice in any US state.
• Minimum of 2 years of evidence-based nutrition counseling.
• Commit to a minimum of 10 patient-facing hours per week.
• Comfort using telehealth platforms, video conferencing, and EMR.
• Strong clinical independence and collaborative multidisciplinary mindset.

Responsibilities

• Conduct synchronous video visits for one-on-one nutrition care.
• Collaborate with a multi-specialty care team to create cohesive care plans.
• Partner with patients over multi-week programs to support lifestyle changes.
• Provide evidence-based nutrition therapy focusing on metabolic health, bone and gut health.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Uphold clinical privacy and compliance standards for Pomelo visits.
