Job summary

Pomelo Care is expanding its network of registered dietitians to deliver synchronous virtual visits for midlife and menopause care. This 1099 independent contractor role requires licensure in Indiana and offers flexible scheduling with patient matching and administrative support from Pomelo.

Dietitians will conduct video visits, provide nutrition guidance, and participate in multi-week care programs while maintaining documentation and meeting payer requirements.

Qualifications

• Must hold national RD/RDN certification and license to practice.
• Commitment of at least 10 patient-facing hours per week.
• 3+ years of experience providing evidence-based nutrition therapy for metabolic syndrome, weight management, osteopenia/osteoporosis, gut health, and plant-forward diets.
• Comfortable using telehealth platforms and telemedicine documentation systems.
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently during visits.

Responsibilities

• Conduct synchronous video visits with midlife, perimenopause, and menopause patients.
• Provide one-on-one virtual nutrition care to support lifestyle changes.
• Engage in multi-week programs to improve symptoms and promote behavior change.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation.
• Follow clinical, privacy, and compliance standards for Pomelo visits.
