You will deliver evidence-based nutrition care via telehealth, collaborating with medical providers and therapists to create a cohesive, holistic plan for patients navigating midlife transitions.

Qualifications

• National certification as RD or RD/NRS by the CDR with a license to practice in any US state.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience providing evidence-based nutrition counseling.
• Commit to a minimum of 10 patient-facing hours per week.
• Comfort using telehealth platforms, video conferencing, and EMR.
• Strong clinical independence and collaboration within a multidisciplinary care team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct synchronous video visits to provide one-on-one nutritional care for midlife and menopausal patients.
• Collaborate with a multi-specialty care team to ensure a cohesive care plan.
• Partner with patients over a multi-week program to drive sustainable lifestyle changes.
• Provide nutrition therapy focusing on metabolic health, body composition, bone health, and gut health.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Uphold clinical, privacy, and compliance standards for Pomelo visits.
