Job summary

Pomelo Care is expanding its network of registered dietitians to deliver virtual nutrition care to women during perimenopause and menopause, with flexible hours and a multidisciplinary care model. You will conduct one-on-one visits, collaborate with medical providers, and guide multi-week programs to improve metabolic health and well-being.

Qualifications

• National certification as a Registered Dietitian (RD) or Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist (RDN) by the CDR with a license to practice in any US state.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience providing evidence-based nutrition counseling.
• Ability to commit to a minimum of 10 patient-facing hours per week.
• Comfort using telehealth platforms, video conferencing, and EMR.
• Strong clinical independence and exceptional communication skills, with a collaborative mindset for multidisciplinary care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct synchronous video visits to provide one-on-one nutritional care for patients experiencing midlife and menopausal transitions.
• Collaborate within a multi-specialty care team to ensure a cohesive care plan that drives patient outcomes.
• Partner with patients over a multi-week program to facilitate sustainable lifestyle changes.
• Provide evidence-based nutrition therapy focusing on metabolic health, bone health, and gut health.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold privacy and compliance standards.
