Job summary

Pomelo Care is building a network of experienced registered dietitians to deliver synchronous patient visits for midlife, perimenopause, and menopause transitions. This is a 1099 independent contractor role and not a W-2 position. You will provide virtual nutrition care and maintain thorough documentation via telehealth platforms.

As an independent contractor, you will not receive employee benefits. Compensation is per visit, with earnings roughly $60.00 to $70.00 per active visit hour,

Qualifications

• National certification as a registered dietitian (RD/RDN) with license to practice in Indiana.
• Ability to commit for a minimum of 10 patient-facing hours per week.
• 3+ years of evidence-based nutrition therapy experience for metabolic syndrome, weight loss and body composition, osteopenia/osteoporosis, gut health concerns, and plant-forward/anti-inflammatory diets.

Responsibilities

• Conduct synchronous video visits with patients navigating midlife, perimenopause, and menopause transitions.
• Provide one-on-one virtual nutrition care via phone and video to facilitate lifestyle changes and wellbeing.
• Support symptom improvement and sustained behavior change in multi-week programs.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation and follow clinical, privacy, quality, and compliance standards.
