Job summary

Pomelo Care is building a national network of dietitians to provide synchronous video visits for midlife, perimenopause, and menopause care. This 1099 independent contractor role offers flexibility to set your schedule and accept visits based on licensure and payer requirements.

Qualifications

• National certification as a registered dietitian (RD) or RD/Nutritionist (RDN) license to practice in Indiana.
• Commit to at least 10 patient-facing hours per week.
• Minimum 3 years of evidence-based nutrition therapy experience for metabolic syndrome, weight management, osteoporosis, gut health, and plant-based diets.
• Comfort using telehealth platforms, video conferencing tools, and electronic documentation systems.
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently during patient visits.

Responsibilities

• Conduct synchronous video visits with midlife patients navigating perimenopause and menopause.
• Provide one-on-one virtual nutrition care via phone and video to support lifestyle change.
• Deliver multi-week care programs and document visits timely and accurately.
• Maintain privacy, quality, and compliance standards for Pomelo visits.
