• Manage a dynamic pipeline of leads, booking appointments, following up with clients, and driving conversion and retention

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in luxury, e-commerce, or high-volume retail sales with a track record of exceeding targets
• Background in fine jewelry strongly preferred; GIA or other gemological certification is a major plus
• Technologically savvy, self-motivated, and highly organized
• Must reside in specified areas including NY Tri State Area, Philadelphia, Miami, and others
• Flexibility to work weekends and attend occasional in-person trainings or events
