What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Design, develop, and maintain training materials, including slide decks, videos, e-learning modules, and onboarding guides
• Deliver engaging training sessions across multiple formats, including one-on-one coaching and large-scale presentations
• Tailor training approaches based on audience needs, experience levels, and delivery context
• Maintain a consistent training schedule and support onboarding for new hires and partner integrations
• Travel as needed to deliver in-person training and support partner enablement
  
  

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• 3–5 years of experience in sales training, enablement, or instructional content development
• Background in the automotive industry, specifically in used vehicle sales, digital marketing, and dealership operations
• Experience translating complex product features into easy-to-understand training content
• Excellent facilitation skills across various group sizes and training formats
• Proficiency with training content creation tools and virtual delivery platforms
  
  

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Background in B2B SaaS products and data applications
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and adult learning principles
