Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field and experience advising, teaching or school career counselor equivalence.
• Appropriate state School Guidance Counselor certification.

Responsibilities

• Delivers individual and group career planning curriculum supporting student development.
• Analyzes student data and develops data-driven programs and pathway retention.
• Provides guidance to help students pursue postsecondary careers and professional skills.
• Supports teachers, counselors and parents; collaborates with Academic Counselors and coordinates Go Center activities.
