Stride, Inc. is seeking a part‑time, virtual Career and Technical Education Program Coordinator for Idaho Technical Career Academy (ITCA).

The role collaborates with administrators, teachers, and community partners to deliver CTE services and support student transition to postsecondary opportunities. Responsibilities include coordinating career planning, administering career assessments, facilitating work‑based learning, and promoting partnerships while ensuring funding compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and three years of CRE experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of federal and state regulations
• Strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills
• Experience using a student information system and Microsoft Office
• Ability to travel 25% of the time
• Experience as an online/virtual educator and CTSO involvement

Responsibilities

• Coordinate career planning activities in classrooms or sessions.
• Provide and interpret career assessments and guidance on postsecondary options.
• Facilitate work-based learning opportunities and employer partnerships.
• Publicize partnership resources and support CRE program funding and compliance.
• Collaborate with administrators, student services, teachers, and business/industry partners.
