Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field required with experience advising, teaching, or as a school career counselor.
• Appropriate state School Guidance Counselor certification required or equivalent.
• Experience in virtual or hybrid education environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individual and group career planning curriculum for student development.
• Analyze student data and develop data-driven programs for pathway retention.
• Support post-secondary career work and pathway selection for students.
• Collaborate with academic counselors, teachers, and parents to align goals.
• Develop and manage virtual Go Center resources for pathway exploration.
