Qualifications

• Must communicate clearly in English, both spoken and written.
• Experience reading consumer credit reports preferred.
• Client-facing or customer-service experience strongly preferred.
• Mortgage, lending, credit repair, banking or financial-services experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled intake calls with prospective clients
• Review client credit reports and explain findings using established procedures
• Conduct scheduled follow-up calls and Zoom consultations as trained
• Manage appointments on the company's shared calendar and maintain client notes
• Escalate complex questions to management
