Job summary

Nox Innovations is seeking a field-oriented coordinator to support the virtual design team and on-site operations. The role emphasizes field research, constraint management, and coordination across design and construction teams.

You will assist with project layout, CAD tasks, and field validations while collaborating with installation teams to ensure design intent is met on site.

Responsibilities

• Support the Nox Innovations virtual design team and broader Nox Group construction installation teams with field research and validation.
• Support the field on Asset Routing processes from VC WFD.
• Review routing plans and ensure constraints are logged, followed up on, and resolved by field personnel and Virtual Construction.
• Maintain a daily Virtual Construction constraint log.
• Coordinate internal and external constraint resolution during modeling.
• Attend internal and external coordination meetings and document constraints.
• Monitor and share weekly constraint progression with project and Virtual Construction teams.
• Assist with field constructability reviews.
• Assist installation teams in understanding project scope.
• Validate field installations against designs and report deviations to the Virtual Construction Project Engineer.
• Provide total station layout points on site as needed.
• Help installers navigate models, sheet sets, and PF part labels.
• Coordinate daily between the Virtual Construction Project Coordinator and onsite field operations teams.
• Provide updates and support to the Virtual Construction Project Manager to maintain continuity between Virtual Construction Engineers and onsite Field Operations

Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience in the construction field; electrical experience is a bonus
• 2+ years’ experience in CAD
• Experience in Project Layout
• Ability to stand for long hours and walk job sites
• Ability to climb a ladder
• Ability to lift up to 45 lbs
• Excellent written and verbal communication ability
