Nox Group is seeking a Virtual Construction Field Engineer to support the virtual design team and field operations. The role focuses on design, trade coordination, layout, installation coordination, and validation across multiple projects nationwide.

Requirements include 5+ years in construction, 2+ years CAD, and strong communication. This position emphasizes teamwork, leadership, and the ability to work in dynamic field environments with safety awareness.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in the construction field; electrical background is a bonus.
• 2+ years CAD experience required.
• Experience in project layout and field design.
• Able to stand for long hours and walk job sites.
• Ability to climb a ladder and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication ability.
• Organized, systematic, and capable of detailed tasks.
• Strong teamwork and leadership ability; self-starter.

Responsibilities

• Manage Asset Routing submissions daily and support routing processes.
• Coordinate constraints during modeling; maintain a daily constraint log.
• Assist with constructability reviews in the field.
• Assist installation team with understanding the scope.
• Perform field validations of installation against the design.
• Provide total station layout points on site as needed.
• Assist installers with model and sheet set navigation.
• Coordinate daily with VC Project Coordinator and onsite teams.
• Provide updates to the VC Project Manager to ensure continuity.
