Inizio Engage is hiring a US-based Registered Nurse to provide inbound and outbound educational support to patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals via virtual channels. The role includes therapy education, device technique coaching, and medication adherence support, all aligned with client scripts and materials.

• Current US RN License.
• Associates Degree/Bachelors/BSN or equivalent work related experience.
• Previous experience working in Pharmaceutical virtual call center environment is required.
• Demonstrate effective and professional communication.
• Ability to join frequent meetings and calls without disruption.
• Competency with Call Center Telephone Technology.
• Must have stable, reliable, high speed home internet.
• Designated separate home office space that is quiet and away from distractions.

• Provide inbound and outbound non-promotional disease state related educational support to identified customers as directed by the client company.
• Provide therapy and/or medical device product education including but not limited to supplemental injection training or technique.
• Present virtual educational programs to Healthcare Professionals/Patients/Caregivers or other identified customers.
• Conduct inbound and outbound medication adherence support to patients and/or caregivers.
• Enroll patients/caregiver into educational seminars or provide resources for local community resources.
