Job summary

Inizio Engage is currently seeking a Welcome Specialist to represent a leading Biotechnology client on inbound and outbound calls with consumers and providers. The role supports coaching a team of Healthcare Communicators while adhering to program scripts, guidelines, and HIPAA privacy rules.

A High School Diploma or equivalent is required, with strong communication and reliable high-speed internet at home.
