Job summary

Inizio Engage is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee a team of Metabolic Educators conducting disease state education for obesity and liver disease. You will manage day-to-day operations, ensuring KPIs and coordinating reporting for leadership.

The ideal candidate has field leadership in clinical education or field sales, active healthcare licensure, and readiness to travel up to 75% in the United States. This is a field-based role with substantial interaction with healthcare professionals.

Qualifications

  • Requires RN (BSN) or RD or APRN/PA with clinical background and active license.
  • 3+ years in field leadership/supervisory management in Clinical Education or Field Sales.
  • Experience in metabolic health space preferred.
  • Willingness to travel up to 75% and operate in field-based role.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the Metabolic Educators team.
  • Ensure KPIs are met/exceeded for direct reports.
  • Coordinate field coaching and performance management.
  • Generate region-specific reports and provide insights to leadership.
  • Support client and Inizio leadership with program communications and updates.
  • Maintain equipment and technology readiness for field staff.
  • Travel to meet clients and conduct field visits as required.

Occasional weekends may be required.The base pay range for this position is $109K – $202K per year.
