Job summary

Arine is seeking a patient-centric Clinical Care teammate to engage patients, providers and pharmacies by phone. You will document interactions, explain clinical programs, and support medication-related interventions in a fast-paced, remote-enabled environment.

The role emphasizes accuracy, empathy and reliability. Working hours align with Pacific Time; temporary 6-month term with potential extension and full benefits from day one.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences or related field preferred; healthcare certification preferred.
• Candidates with equivalent medical, healthcare, call center, customer service or patient-facing experience are encouraged to apply.
• Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment and document accurately.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and medication names (brand and generic).
• Excellent written and oral communication, strong interpersonal skills and empathy.
• Reliability, accountability and detail-oriented documentation in a metrics-driven environment.
• Proficient with Google Workspace, Mac OS and collaboration tools; comfortable with multiple browser-based systems.

Responsibilities

• Engage patients by phone to deliver Arine’s services and explain clinical programs and benefits.
• Manage outbound/inbound call volume while maintaining productivity and quality.
• Escalate medication- or health-related issues to a pharmacist.
• Document all interactions, interventions and outcomes accurately in Arine’s platform.
• Schedule telephonic or videoconference appointments with clinical pharmacists.
• Assist with referrals and authorizations and support process improvements.
