Job summary

Arine is seeking a patient-focused Clinical Care professional to join our remote team in the United States. You will engage patients, providers, and pharmacies by phone, explaining clinical programs and resolving issues with care plans, medication adherence, and authorization workflows.

Qualified candidates will have a health-science background, bilingual capabilities, strong communication, and comfort with Google Workspace and clinical software platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences or related field preferred.
• Healthcare certification preferred (e.g., Certified Pharmacy Technician, Certified Medical Assistant).
• Candidates with equivalent medical, healthcare, call center, customer service, or patient-facing experience are encouraged to apply.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish or Mandarin/Cantonese or Vietnamese is required for language support.

Responsibilities

• Engage patients by phone to explain Arine’s clinical programs and benefits.
• Maintain inbound and outbound call volume with productive service quality.
• Escalate medication-related or health-related issues to a pharmacist when appropriate.
• Document all interactions and outcomes accurately in Arine’s software platform.
• Schedule telephonic or videoconference appointments with clinical pharmacists and assist with referrals.
