Arine seeks a patient-centered Clinical Care representative to work remotely in the United States, engaging patients, providers, and pharmacies by phone and documenting interactions in our platform. You’ll support clinical interventions, ensure accurate information, and thrive in a metrics-driven environment.

This temp-to-hire role includes full benefits from day one and opportunities to grow while contributing to improved patient outcomes across our healthcare services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences preferred; healthcare certification is a plus.
• Prior experience in a fast-paced call center or patient-facing role is valued.
• Strong written and oral communication with empathy and accuracy.

Responsabilités

• Make outbound calls to patients, providers, and pharmacies to intervene in patient cases.
• Document all interactions and outcomes in Arine’s software platform with precision.
• Answer inbound inquiries and assist with scheduling, referrals, and authorizations.
• Escalate medication-related or health-related issues to a pharmacist as needed.
• Participate in process improvement and team meetings to optimize workflows.
• Work 40 hours per week within Pacific Time hours, with occasional Saturday shifts.
