AO Globe Life is hiring for a fully remote, independent contractor role. You will conduct virtual consultations, support enrollment, and provide client-centered service across the United States.

Training, licensing guidance, and ongoing development are provided. This position offers a path into leadership with equity, bonuses, and weekly pay based on performance.

Formación

• Willingness to obtain a Life & Health Insurance license as required.
• Must have own computer, webcam and reliable internet for remote work.
• Experience in customer service or consultative roles is a plus but not required.

This is a 100% remote, independent contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven; this is not an hourly or salaried position.

Candidates selected to move forward should be prepared to:

• Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
• Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace
• Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
• Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
• Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense

No prior insurance experience is required. Training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development are provided.
