Job summary

Palomar, a nonprofit organization, seeks a Virtual Services Client Navigator to be the first point of contact across Palomar's virtual platforms. You will support survivors of violence and abuse, assess needs, and connect clients with resources through a trauma-informed, client-centered approach.

You will collaborate with 40+ partner agencies, document interactions in Salesforce, and provide warm referrals or in-person connections as needed, ensuring privacy and confidentiality at every step.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.
• Knowledge of best practices related to domestic violence, sexual assault, and stalking.
• Familiarity with community resources available to clients in crisis.
• Ability to pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Monitor all virtual services options to ensure timely responses.
• Conduct virtual client intakes, gather demographics, assess needs, and obtain consent.
• Provide crisis intervention via phone, text, chat, and email.
• Offer a warm, trauma-informed welcome and guidance to clients.
