Job summary

Palomar is seeking a Virtual Services Client Navigator to be the first point of contact for individuals seeking services through Palomar’s virtual platforms. You will support survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, stalking, human trafficking, and elder abuse with trauma-informed, hospitality-first care.

You will help clients identify their needs, navigate resources with partner agencies, and provide warm referrals or in-person connections when appropriate, all while protecting privacy

Qualifications

• Experience in trauma-informed practices and client-centered support.
• Ability to navigate social services resources and partner agencies.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor all virtual services options to ensure timely responses to client needs.
• Conduct virtual client intakes and obtain informed consent and related documentation.
• Provide crisis intervention via phone, text, chat, and email; ensure safe, compassionate support.
• Offer trauma-informed guidance and warm referrals to appropriate agencies.
• Document client movement through services in Salesforce for grant compliance.
• Maintain welcoming reception areas and ensure health and safety needs are met.
