Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency seeks licensed physicians to provide high-quality virtual care across multiple states. The role involves patient assessments, medical history reviews, prescribing medications (excluding controlled substances, except buprenorphine), and collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care.

Physicians will maintain documentation, stay updated on medical advancements, and deliver compassionate, patient-centered treatment.

Qualifications

• Active medical license in at least three states (incl. CA, FL, NC, PA, TX)
• Experience in telehealth or high-volume in-person settings
• Available to work a minimum of 15 hours weekly
• Strong communication skills and patient-centered care
• DEA certification and CSL
• Remote work with flexible schedule
