Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC seeks licensed physicians to provide high-quality virtual care across primary care, internal medicine, addiction medicine, emergency, or urgent care.

The role offers full remote work with flexible scheduling, minimal admin duties, and licensing support to practice across multiple states while focusing on patient treatment. You will conduct patient assessments, review medical histories, interpret labs, and collaborate with the care team to develop treatment plans.

Qualifications

• Active medical license in at least three, preferably five, U.S. states and willingness to obtain additional licenses.
• Experience in telehealth or high-volume clinical settings.
• Ability to work a minimum of 15 hours weekly, over four days, with scheduling flexibility.
• Strong communication skills and proficiency with telemedicine platforms and EMRs (training provided).
• At least one DEA certification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional virtual care through patient assessments, medical history reviews, and treatment planning.
• Build compassionate patient-centered relationships and interpret lab tests for informed decisions.
• Prescribe medications (excluding controlled substances except buprenorphine for addiction treatment) and collaborate with the healthcare team.
• Maintain accurate documentation and stay updated on medical advancements and telehealth practices.
