Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency is seeking licensed physicians to provide high-quality virtual care across multiple specialties. This remote role emphasizes flexibility and compassionate telemedicine service delivery, with responsibilities spanning assessments, orders, and documentation.

Applicants should hold active licenses in several states, have telehealth or high-volume in-person experience, and be prepared to work at least 15 hours weekly during daytime hours while maintaining strong

Qualifications

• Active medical license in three to five U.S. states, willing to obtain more.
• Experience in telehealth or high-volume settings.
• Able to work minimum 15 hours per week, daytime hours preferred.
• Excellent communication and EMR/telemedicine platform proficiency.
• DEA and CSL certificates as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments and provide appropriate treatments.
• Order and interpret lab tests to guide care decisions.
• Prescribe medications (non-controlled or buprenorphine for addiction).
• Collaborate with care team to ensure comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate documentation and stay updated on telehealth practices.

Job description

We are seeking dedicated, patient-focused physicians licensed in multiple states to provide high-quality virtual care across various specialties, including primary care, internal medicine, addiction, emergency, and urgent care. This role offers flexibility to work remotely, with responsibilities centered on delivering compassionate telemedicine services.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments, reviews of medical histories, and deliver appropriate treatments.
• Order and interpret lab tests to inform care decisions.
• Prescribe medications, excluding controlled substances except buprenorphine for addiction treatment.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and stay updated on medical advances and telehealth best practices.

Qualifications & Skills

• Active medical license in at least three, preferably five, U.S. states; willingness to obtain additional licenses.
• Experience in telehealth or high-volume in-person settings.
• Ability to work a minimum of 15 hours per week, primarily during daytime hours.
• Strong communication skills, proficiency with telemedicine platforms and EMRs.
• DEA certification and applicable CSL if required.
