CareTalk Health seeks experienced Virtual Care Nurses to join our fully remote team. The role supports members during Annual Wellness Visits (AWV), focusing on chart preparation and provider support in a telehealth setting.
You will work 40 hours per week, M-F 9:30 AM–6:00 PM EST with one Saturday per month, performing virtual AWVs, documenting thoroughly, and ensuring CMS compliance while delivering patient-centered care.

CareTalk Health is seeking experienced and highly organized Nurses to join our virtual care team. This fully remote role resides in our Virtual Clinic environment and is focused on supporting patients during their Annual Wellness Visit (AWV). Responsibilities include chart preparation, and supporting providers in delivering comprehensive, compliant, patient-centered care.
This role requires strong clinical judgment, excellent documentation skills, comfort with telehealth workflows, and the ability to work independently across multiple platforms.
Full-time hours: M-F, 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM EST, and one Saturday a month 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM EST
Proven experience providing high-volume patient care in a fast-paced virtual or telehealth clinic environment
Experience with Medicare Annual Wellness Visits (AWVs)
Knowledge of CMS documentation and preventive care guidelines
Experience working across multiple virtual care programs and platforms
This is a remote U.S.-based position. Employees must perform all work physically within the United States. International work is not permitted during scheduled work hours.
This is a remote position, and patient interactions will be on camera. The Nurse will work from a home office, requiring reliable internet connectivity and a secure, private workspace.
Windows or Apple (macOS) Computer ONLY (NO Chromebooks, Linux Machines, or Smartphones)

A second monitor is highly suggested for laptop users; dual monitors for PC users.
