Qualifications

• Licensed RN in Texas.
• 3 years RN Med Surg in acute care.
• 3 years nursing preceptor experience.
• 2 years in a nursing leadership role (Charge RN applicable).
• BLS through AHA.
• CAVRN certification within 12 months or 1000 hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead a well-coordinated care team to deliver patient-centered care in a virtual environment.
• Provide real-time virtual inter-collaborative nursing support to on-site teams nationwide.
• Serve as clinician, educator, consultant and leader to improve patient outcomes.
