Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years of inpatient RN experience.
• Associates in Nursing or diploma.
• Current Registered Nurse license to practice in Kansas.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; ACLS/PALS may waive BLS depending on department.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate care for assigned patients virtually with the unit-based nurses.
• Virtually assess and reassess patients; provide education to patients and families.
• Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to develop and monitor care plans.
• Ensure documentation supports quality measures and patient outcomes.
• Coordinate discharge planning and follow-up needs with the care team.
• Promote professional practice, ongoing learning, and adherence to policies.
