Qualifications

• Must have three years of customer service experience, preferably in a medical/healthcare/health insurance setting.
• Patient registration experience preferred.
• Completion of coursework towards an accredited medical terminology is a plus.
• Medical Office Assistant experience or training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provides patient-centered care and supports the clinical team to improve patient flow.
• Assists with patient data collection, screenings, and registration tasks.
• Maintains accuracy in the electronic health record and pretreatment documentation.
