Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide sales and service support for Member activity via calls, email, and internet.
• Open new membership and deposit accounts.
• Document, research and resolve or escalate Member issues with accuracy.
• Cross-sell products and services to meet Members' needs.
• Provide basic financial services guidance to promote Members' financial well‑being.
• Support MSRs and lending staff to ensure timely, quality Member service.
• Maintain reporting on sales activity and service metrics.
• Ensure all duties comply with KEMBA policies and procedures.
