Job summary

Chase is seeking a Virtual Banker I in Consumer Banking to represent our brand with hospitality and provide attentive service over the phone. You will offer financial guidance, promote Chase products, and direct clients to Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs to enhance their banking experience.

You will build relationships, learn products quickly, and work with a team to achieve strong client engagement while upholding risk and compliance standards.
