RYZE is a fast-growing, remote-friendly brand delivering mushroom coffee and wellness solutions. The Virtual Assistant for Finished Goods Specifications & Data Analysis will own design, build, and management of finished product specs, ensuring all details are centralized.

You will drive data trending to identify performance issues and support the quality team in supplier performance. The role requires meticulous, analytical thinking, strong English writing, and comfort working across time zones

Qualifikationen

• Experience in an administrative, quality, or supply chain support role.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, comfortable managing high volumes of documentation.
• Strong written English and research skills, able to synthesize information clearly for horizon scanning and reporting.
• Comfortable using AI tools to speed up research and data work, while applying good judgment to verify accuracy.
• Proficient with spreadsheets, document management, and quality/compliance record-keeping.
• Reliable, proactive, and comfortable working remotely and independently across time zones.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

The Virtual Assistant for Finished Goods Specifications & Data Analysis owns the design, build, and management of finished product specifications — from ingredients and artwork to blend parameters, quality controls, and pallet configurations — ensuring every detail lives in one organized system. This role champions data trending and analysis to uncover leading performance issues, drives KPI completion to support co-manufacturer performance, and leads document control to set world-class quality system standards. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and analytical, with a strong ability to organize complex information and turn data into actionable improvement priorities.

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in an administrative, quality, or supply chain support role, ideally within food, beverage, or CPG
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, comfortable managing high volumes of documentation across 100+ specs without errors
• Strong written English and research skills, able to synthesize information clearly for horizon scanning and reporting
• Comfortable using AI tools to speed up research and data work, while applying good judgment to verify accuracy
• Proficient with spreadsheets, document management, and quality/compliance record-keeping
• Reliable, proactive, and comfortable working remotely and independently across time zones.
