Job summary

Ryze Superfoods LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to own finished goods specifications, from ingredients and artwork to blend parameters, quality controls, and pallet configurations. You will consolidate all details in one system and drive data-driven improvements.

The role emphasizes data trending to uncover performance issues, support co-manufacturer performance with KPI tracking, and maintain robust document control to uphold quality standards across operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in administrative, quality, or supply chain roles in food, beverage, or CPG.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy managing high volumes of specs.
• Strong written English and research skills for horizon scanning and reporting.
• Comfort with AI tools to speed up research and data work with sound judgment.
• Proficient with spreadsheets, document management, and quality/compliance records.
• Reliable, proactive, and able to work remotely across time zones.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

The Virtual Assistant for Finished Goods Specifications & Data Analysis owns the design, build, and management of finished product specifications — from ingredients and artwork to blend parameters, quality controls, and pallet configurations — ensuring every detail lives in one organized system. This role champions data trending and analysis to uncover leading performance issues, drives KPI completion to support co-manufacturer performance, and leads document control to set world-class quality system standards. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and analytical, with a strong ability to organize complex information and turn data into actionable improvement priorities.

• Responsible to design, build & manage our finished product specifications, including ingredients, artwork, blend time and speeds, quality controls, pallet configs and all details in one place


• Champion our data trending and analysis, to find out the leading performance issues, to focus our improvement efforts


• Lead KPI completion to support the quality team in driving co-manufacturer performance


• Lead document control and the quality system being stored and organized. Set world class standards.

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in an administrative, quality, or supply chain support role, ideally within food, beverage, or CPG


• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, comfortable managing high volumes of documentation across 100+ specs without errors


• Strong written English and research skills, able to synthesize information clearly for horizon scanning and reporting


• Comfortable using AI tools to speed up research and data work, while applying good judgment to verify accuracy


• Proficient with spreadsheets, document management, and quality/compliance record-keeping


• Reliable, proactive, and comfortable working remotely and independently across time zones.
