Job summary

Qualifications

• Fluent spoken and written English with a warm, professional phone manner.
• Experience in cold calling or appointment setting is helpful; training provided.
• Ability to log calls and follow-up accurately in the lead system.

Responsibilities

• Call businesses and homeowners from the provided list using the script.
• Qualify leads by asking the right questions and scheduling next steps.
• Follow up on open leads by their deadlines and record outcomes.
• Hand qualified leads to the booking team and keep them updated.
