Our executive is a Brazilian-American CEO with over a decade of experience in Asia and recent expansion into the U.S. market. She’s looking for after-hours support based in a North American-adjacent time zone who can work closely with her primary assistant in Asia to ensure seamless 24/7 operations.

This role is managed by Gabby’s executive team.Position Details
  • Schedule: Weeknights (5 PM – 12 AM EST) and Weekends (flexible hours as needed)
  • Location: Remote (work from anywhere)
  • Compensation: $16/hour
  • Type: Part-Time (20–30 hours/week, with potential to increase)
Who You Are

Highly organized and detail-oriented

Calm under pressure and excellent at managing urgent tasks

Fast, efficient, and tech-savvy

Proactive with a “no excuses” mindset

Excellent communicator—both written and verbal

Have experience supporting C-level executives

Have basic marketing or operations experience

Are comfortable handling logistics and client communication after-hours

What You’ll Do

• Provide evening and weekend administrative support to the executive team

• Monitor and respond to emails, texts, and messages in real-time

• Manage scheduling requests, last-minute changes, and urgent needs

• Coordinate tasks with the executive’s daytime assistant and marketing teams

• Support freelancer task delegation and follow-ups

• Assist with social media scheduling or basic marketing support

• Prepare e-signature documents, light data entry, and administrative tasks

• Keep track of action items and ensure nothing slips through the cracks

Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a virtual assistant, coordinator, or administrative support
  • Comfortable working in a high-demand, fast-moving environment
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace, task managers (e.g., Asana, ClickUp), and communication tools like Slack
  • Must have reliable internet and availability during assigned shifts
  • Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus)
