Job summary

Charlie Health is seeking clinicians with a Master’s in mental health to deliver remote group therapy for adolescents and young adults via telehealth. We emphasize a warm, relational approach and evidence-based modalities to support youth in a virtual setting.

Successful candidates will lead structured groups, collaborate with supervisors and care teams, and maintain timely documentation. Evening availability and a passion for improving youth mental health are required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in mental health or related field.
• Experience working with youth and young adults.
• Well versed in modalities: DBT, CBT, EMDR; MI certification a plus.
• Creative and engaging, especially over video.

Responsibilities

• Complete all onboarding requirements within 2 weeks.
• Meet with supervisor at least 1x/month for check-in.
• Respond to email and Slack within 48 hours.
• Review curriculum prior to group start time.
• Arrive ~10 minutes early and facilitate the hour-long group.
• Follow best practices and updated curriculum.
• Facilitate groups across age groups and cohorts.
• Foster client engagement and camera-on participation.
