Charlie Health, Inc. is seeking qualified mental health professionals to provide remote, telehealth group and individual care for adolescents and young adults.

The role supports a multi-modal approach and requires experience with youth, engaging delivery, and collaborative care in a flexible schedule. Candidates must hold an eligible master’s degree in mental health, demonstrate telehealth proficiency, and be comfortable with video-based treatment and cloud tools.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in mental health or related field required.
• Experience working with youth and young adults.
• Proficient with telehealth delivery and video sessions.
• Familiarity with Gmail, Slack, Zoom, and Dropbox.
• Part-time 1099 role.

Responsibilities

• Complete onboarding within 2 weeks.
• Meet with supervisor monthly for check-in.
• Respond to email and Slack within 48 hours.
• Review curriculum before group start time.
• Facilitate groups during scheduled telehealth sessions.
• Collaborate with care team and maintain notes within 24 hours.
