Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required and at least two years of work experience.
• Advanced computer skills and the ability to provide student support online.
• Experience in higher education or college student services preferred, with understanding of financial aid processes.

Responsibilities

• Provides online academic advising for online students via Microsoft Teams or other online technologies.
• Coordinates student outreach with the Online Learning Retention Coordinators.
• Evaluates and promotes college-wide initiatives for academic planning (HawkGPS/ Edunav) and makes improvement recommendations.
• Evaluates transcripts and performs degree and graduation audits.
• Advises current and prospective online students on degrees offered and provides information on policies and procedures including financial aid.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
